When a potential customer submits a lead through a lead form hosted on our platform, we collect the information they enter — typically their name, email address, phone number, and a description of the service they need. We also collect standard technical data such as browser type and pages visited to operate and improve the service.
How we use information
We use your information to operate LeadRescue AI: generating AI responses to leads, sending follow-up messages on your behalf, showing you dashboards and analytics, processing subscription payments through our payment processor, and communicating with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information or your customers' information to anyone.
AI processing
Lead information may be processed by automated AI systems to generate responses and qualify leads. This processing is done solely on behalf of the business that received the lead, in line with the business's configured preferences.
Data retention and deletion
You can delete your account and its data at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.
