The service
LeadRescue AI provides automated lead capture, AI-generated responses, lead qualification, and scheduled follow-up messaging for service businesses. The service is provided "as is"; while we work hard to keep it accurate and available, we don't guarantee that AI-generated messages will always be error-free or that any particular business outcome (such as winning a job) will result from using the service.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you configure, for the accuracy of your business profile, and for complying with all laws that apply to your communications with leads and customers — including consent requirements for text messages and marketing communications in your jurisdiction. You agree not to use the service for unlawful, misleading, or abusive purposes.
Accounts and billing
Free trials are limited in duration and lead volume. Paid plans renew monthly at the price shown at checkout until cancelled, and are billed through our payment processor. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for other users or our systems. You may stop using the service at any time and export or delete your data.
